This museum is a masterpiece, and has the name of the German archaeologist who dedicated his life to study the pre-Colombian civilizations of Peru. We can appreciate the exhibition of objects that were provided from pre-Colombian cultures (Mochica, chimu, vicu, etc.) and explanations retracing the art evolution of the elaboration of potteries and ceramics, as well as the metal work. There are also some beautiful tissues and silverware pieces. They are exposed on 3 floors; the 1500 pieces are extremely rare and the represented symbols are very expressive.
